Platform

Minyu is delivered as a fully managed platform where reliability, security, and operational continuity are built in by default. There is no infrastructure to maintain and no operational configuration required. The system is operated as a stable service rather than a deployment project.

All updates, monitoring, security patching, backups, and recovery are handled by the platform itself. Failures are treated as expected events and handled automatically, ensuring that operations either complete fully or not at all and that the system always resumes from a coherent state.

Security is a baseline property of the platform. All communication is encrypted in transit, stored data is encrypted at rest, and backups are created and encrypted as part of normal operation. Authentication and access control are enforced uniformly across the system.

Minyu is developed and operated entirely under European Union legislation, with all data hosted within the EU. Responsibilities between Minyu and the customer are clearly separated: the platform provides the technical mechanisms, while the customer controls how data is used and structured.

In everyday use, this results in predictable behavior, reliable recovery, and a system that can be trusted to run quietly in the background without constant attention.
