General Information

Minyu is delivered as a fully managed SaaS platform. All operational responsibilities—updates, upgrades, security patches, monitoring, backups, and continuity measures—are handled by the provider. This ensures consistent performance without local installation or infrastructure management.

All traffic between clients and Minyu uses TLS-encrypted channels. Data stored within the platform is encrypted at rest, and automated encrypted backups are created daily. These can be restored in case of data loss or operational failure.

Access is entirely browser-based. The desktop interface supports multi-view workspaces for high-throughput workflows, while the mobile interface is optimized for quick lookups and updates. Both remember workspace state between sessions.

Minyu is developed and operated entirely under EU legislation. All data is hosted within the European Union, and the platform’s design, data handling, and operational processes comply with GDPR requirements.
