Entitlements
Entitlements define which features and capacities are active for your tenant and how their usage is handled. This includes:
- The Base subscription (mandatory)
- Additional users
- Add-on subscriptions
- Credit top-ups
Together, these control what your system can use and how consumption is handled over time.
Base subscription
Every Minyu tenant must always have an active Base subscription. It is required for the tenant to exist and for the system to be accessible at all.
Important
If the Base subscription is cancelled, the entire tenant will be deactivated. No functionality remains available without it.
The Base subscription cannot be replaced by add-ons and must always be present.
Add-on subscriptions
Add-on subscriptions extend the Base subscription with additional capabilities or capacity. Examples include:
- API access
- Data exchange
- Additional users
- Resource Planning
Add-ons are added from the Entitlements view and become active as soon as the purchase is completed. Each add-on operates independently and can be added or removed without affecting other subscriptions, as long as the Base subscription remains active.
Monthly usage and credit top-ups
Minyu separates entitlement usage into two layers:
- Monthly credits – These reset automatically each billing period.
- Top-up credits (roll-over) – These are consumed only when the monthly entitlement is fully used and remain available until they are exhausted.
Monthly vs. top-up consumption flow
Minyu always consumes entitlements in a fixed order to ensure predictable usage and uninterrupted operation.
